"Once More To Sea" written by JulieBlue
Well its been a fun few weeks, but I have come back around to my sea rotation once more. I will be gone for the next month sailing around the Gulf taking water samples. Don't forget me and hopefully I will have some new stories for you when I return. I'll be leaving you with one of my poems a bit off topic, but a strong insight into my life.

The Song of the Sea

Where the sea does spread her arms of blue,
and old salt saliors pay thier dues.

Where the ancient mariner lies in rest,
and the albatross will build her nest.

Where songs are born of tragedy,
and kings do lose thier majesty.

Here is where my heart lies fond.
Here is where my soul belongs.

Here is where I long to be,
laid to rest beneath the sea.

When my song is sung at last.
the ending horn does blow its blast.

When my time has filtered thru,
this old cracked glass of paler hue.

When darkness falls upon this stage,
and some do say I was a sage.
